Join us as we gather in sacred circle for a three day, three night, immersive weekend to access the inspiration of our community of divine women, and with Jana, Goddess of Doorways and Beginnings, on a journey of reflecting on what was, and looking forward to what we dream of creating in 2023!
Experience the manifesting power of the divine feminine, as we gather in the energy of the goddess and the new moon to explore ways to create our intentions.
January, the month for reflection and intention setting, is a special time to connect with Jana, the Goddess of Beginnings – where anything is possible! Her gift is the ability to face the new and old year at the same time, future and past, and as the Guardian of Doorways, Jana is there to guide you through the portal from where you are to where you desire to be.
As natural creators we can harness the manifesting energy we were born to wield. Together we will explore ways to deepen and channel this energetic power – to envision and create intentions to support the visions that surface from within.
Through community and solo time we will invite the goddess to inspire us to awaken to all the opportunities being called forward and activated into our lives. Together, we will be sharing healing modalities and inviting the natural healing of the elements and Mother Earth to support us and awaken our creative spark and inspiration.
During this retreat you will also have time with yourself to integrate, process and widen your awareness, honoring the principles of the yin way.

Your Stay:
We will join together at an Airbnb TBD near the Largo/Indian Rocks area just north of St. Petersburg Florida. We currently have 5 spaces available to join the retreat including 3 private rooms and 1 shared room. More spaces may be available once we determine the interest for the retreat not to exceed 10 participants, may be a separate housing location or a bigger house TBD. Please be advised all bathrooms will be shared including bathrooms located in a private room.

Ramona Crabtree-Falkner, E-RYT 500, Reiki Master, ALJ Mindful Living Coach
Ramona began her wellness career with massage therapy, but this was simply a gateway to a deeper understanding of how to help others. As a massage therapist for 20 years she found a desire to explore other modalities to hold space for her clients to find more ease and healing from within. Through her own struggles with health and stress induced chronic pain she turned to yoga, meditation, energy work and life coaching to connect to her own healing and found through each of these explorations more ease and peace in life.
Finding these practices to be of great benefit to her life with a strong vision to help others, Ramona developed the Authentic Life Journey programs and has now found a path that truly speaks to her truths of wanting to help others grow, heal and find ease and peace.
Ramona offers Group Life Coaching, Private Life Coaching, Group Yoga, Private Yoga, Reiki, Crystal Bowls Meditations, Workshops and Retreats. Your experience with Ramona will find you feeling peaceful and open to the journey that is life!
Paige Friend, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Magical Beach Goddess
Conscious entrepreneur and host of The Beach Speaks podcast, Paige is a self-described Beach Goddess, conscious communicator, and passionate advocate of all things “divine feminine.”
As a consummate seeker of modalities that channel and express the divine in all of us, Paige cultivated her mindfulness practice through Authentic Life Journey coaching, received certification in the practice of crystal bowl sound healing and studies Reiki and Chakra energy healing modalities.
The moment Paige stepped on the yoga mat, she felt a profound shift – body and soul – that left her feeling more energized in her body and empowered in her spirit. Wanting to know more about this “dance with the divine” that is yoga, it seemed natural that she follow the yoga teacher path and become a 200 HR certified mindful yoga instructor.
Paige brings to her teaching a unique beach goddess vibration that will ignite your body and empower your soul.
