Oftentimes, we are operating from a place of “have to” and have forgotten we are gifted this life to live authentically. Through years of trained behavior, we have created a life based on a paradigm of beliefs that may be out of alignment.
Now is the time to awaken to your divine heart magic and live your authentic truth. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Santa Fe, NM as you take time out of your busy life to unwind and connect with your mind, body & spirit. Together we will learn how to incorporate nourishing, sustainable habits around food, movement, and mindfulness to bring balance back to daily life.
Joining us for the “Nourish Your Divine Self Retreat” is a step on the path of self-exploration and healing. This retreat will offer you an opportunity to safely surface your truths and experience heart-awakening practices to open you to trusting your innate intuitive wisdom.
Let us be your guide as we create intentions to activate your heart light’s purpose using gentle yoga, unique excursions, sacred circle work, and nutritional education to nurture your mind/body connection.
You will learn how to incorporate intentional practices that nourish your body, mind, and spirit—rather than deplete your energy. By experimenting with tools designed to relax and reset your nervous system from stress, you will experience the benefits of better digestion and nutritional absorption.

Our retreat will close on Sunday afternoon with a powerful Final Circle ceremony. We suggest everyone plan to fly home on Monday 10/23 so you can enjoy the full immersion of the retreat.

Accommodations:
Nestled in the organic beauty of New Mexico, Victory’s Super Suites will serve as the perfect backdrop to step away from the chaos of life and nourish your divine self. Located just blocks from an ashram and 30 minutes from Santa Fe, this magical home has been renovated with 3 shared suites with individual rooms.
The first floor unit (Boutique A) has 3 intimate style bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with tubs, a spacious living room with couch, hammock/reading lounge with attached access to the fully stocked kitchen and dining. There are two apartments on the second floor – Boutique B has 2 bedrooms, one bath, open space concept with couch/TV, dining table & kitchenette. Boutique C is a one bedroom master Queen Suite with one bath, living area and kitchenette.

Meet Your Guides
Ramona Crabtree-Falkner
E-RYT 500, Reiki Master, ALJ Mindful Living Coach
Ramona began her wellness career with massage therapy, but this was simply a gateway to a deeper understanding of how to help others. As a massage therapist for 20 years she found a desire to explore other modalities to hold space for her clients to find more ease and healing from within. Through her own struggles with health and stress induced chronic pain she turned to yoga, meditation, energy work and life coaching to connect to her own healing and found through each of these explorations more ease and peace in life.
Finding these practices to be of great benefit to her life with a strong vision to help others, Ramona developed the Authentic Life Journey programs and has now found a path that truly speaks to her truths of wanting to help others grow, heal and find ease and peace.
Ramona offers Group Life Coaching, Private Life Coaching, Group Yoga, Private Yoga, Reiki, Crystal Bowls Meditations, Workshops and Retreats. Your experience with Ramona will find you feeling peaceful and open to the journey that is life!
Chrissy Infinger, RYT 200, Certified Mind Body Eating Coach
Chrissy likes to say that yoga “found her” a few years ago after experiencing extreme burnout from life, coupled with a lifelong struggle with body image. Through yoga, she was able to connect with her body in a way that she never had experienced before and bring a sense of balance into her hectic life.
Chrissy obtained her 200-hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teaching certification with Tymi Howard at Guruv Yoga Studio in Lake Mary, FL in 2020.
Her goal is to share yoga with others so that they too can experience more balance, self compassion, health, and happiness!
Chrissy also has a deep passion for nutrition and the mind/body connection. In early 2020, she earned her certification as a “Certified Mind Body Eating Coach” through the Institute for the Psychology if Eating. By integrating her training in both yoga and mind/body eating, she provides clients with tools to reach their wellness goals.

⚠️ We understand that circumstances may change. Please note that fees for our retreat are non-refundable. However, we offer the flexibility to apply your payment to a future retreat, course, or service.
⚠️ Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will be credited in full toward a future retreat, course, or service.
⚠️ Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the retreat start time or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the fee, which cannot be refunded or applied to future events.
