The Spring Equinox is the time of the year for renewal and creation of new ideas and inspiration. Mother earth shares with us the message of the seasons and offers us the opportunity to open our hearts to cycles of the year so we may utilize this energy to support our lives. We are coming to the end of Winter, the time of rest and reflection, offering us the the chance to become clear with what we want to create for the coming year cycle which begins with the Spring Equinox.
Leading up to the Spring Equinox I invite you to take some time to allow yourself to begin to dream and envision the ideas and inspirations you’d like to create. Allowing this space for dreaming can be accessed through meditation and intuitive journaling. Once you have surfaced your dream ideas now is the time to begin the process of planting the seeds to be nurtured and cared for, to grow into all that you hope to manifest!
